Amendment is to reflect the federal/opwc funding was less than anticipated therefore $132,885.55 will be paid from TID

Gary & Kathleen Conlin, Grafton oppose the proposed pipeline and want it to be moved out of the neighborhood of Flint Ridge, Eaton Township due to safety concerns and massive destruction of property. This would include loss of existing green lined green space; land value would depreciate substantially, limit number of potential buyers. NRG’s desire to build a pipeline in order to save money by not implementing necessary equipment to comply with EPA and would provide no benefit to residents
