#14 Resolving Pursuant to 5101:9-6-82 Inter-County Adjustment of Allocations of Administrative Code

Publicized by Ohio Dept. of Job and Family Services in amount of $400,000; Authorize Director to execute on behalf of the board. ODJFS, Bureau of County Finance will oversee and approve only this 2017 adjustment, effective through December 31, 2017.

#15 Amend various resolutions funding Title XX Social Service Block Grant for FY17; Authorize Director to execute on behalf of the Board with Prosecutors approval as to form

1. Res#16-535, adopted August 24, 2016 - Neighborhood Alliance, Elyria Ohio - Increase Title XX Transfer funds by $124,517.37 which will be available from October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017.

2. Res#16-518, adopted August 17, 2017 - Lorain County Safe Harbor, Lorain Ohio - Increase Title XX Base funds by $215,017.99 which will be available from October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017. Increase Title XX Transfer funds by $15,118.02 which will be available from October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017.

3. Res#16-518, adopted August 17, 2017 - Volunteer Guardianship Program of Lorain County Increase Title XX - Base funds by $8,698.20 which will be available from October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017

#16 Authorize Maintenance and Support Services Agreement with CGI Technologies and Solutions, Inc., in amount of $130,047 for support of applications, software and software updates of the Document Imaging Department, effective January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018; Authorize Director to execute on behalf of the Board with Prosecutors approval as to form

Adult Probation:

#17 Approve grant agreement in amount of $210,003 with Ohio Dept of Rehab and Correction, Division of Parole and Community Services, Bureau of Community Sanctions for Justice Reinvestment and Invective funding

Engineer

#18 Award contract to Liberta Construction, Akron in amount of $2,295,919.70 for LOR-301-7.25 (SR301 widening), Village of LaGrange. 11 bids were received this being the most responsive complying with specifications. Engineers estimate was $2,498,461.15 and will be paid by NOACA $2,059,919.70 and OPWC $400,000, balance paid by Village LaGrange. Issue notice to proceed on or before January 2, 2018 and complete on or before December 15, 2018

#19 Amend Res#17-87, adopted February 1, 2017 awarding contract to CTL Engineering for construction engineering services associated with LOR-CR32-2.04 Middle Ridge Road widening and resurfacing project. Amendment is to reflect a payment of $7,254.60 from Acct#eng project due to the split of to federal highway administration and OPWC funds

Sheriff:

#20 Renew technical support and maintenance agreement with CorrecTek, KY for Correctional EHR in amount of $6,600, effective December 1, 2017 – November 30, 2018 to be paid from Acct#software

#21 Approve & enter into agreement with MCPs to enhance security, monitoring and ability to manage computer system and serves in the amount of $16,200 annually

#22. Approve & enter into a psychiatric services agreement with Dr. Ahmed, effective December 1, 2017 – November 30, 2020 at a rate of $172.20/hour in bi-weekly increments with a 30 day cancellation clause

#23. Enter into a deposit of public funds, bridge agreement with Huntington National Bank for deposit of public funds not to exceed $225,000,000, effective December 1, 2017 – August 22, 2021
