Dear Sir,

I am helping a political and religious refugee to find a safe place with the office of M.Ritter international law office in Canada and representative of the Belize governement to obtain a Belize passport.

But this refugee will not be safe if he doesn't also change his name for him and his spouse.M. Ritter told me that after obtaining the Belize passport you can take care of the name change. If that's truth how much will you charge for taking care of this name change ? Obtaining the Belize passport is already very expensive so we have to know exactly how much will cost the all operation because without name change the security problem will not be solved.

In case you can take care of it we also need to have before starting everything some informations : 1/ will the country of origin be notified the name change ? In this case the process is useless.. 2/ will my friend be able to keep beside the Belizean passport and the new name the passport from his country of origin and original name or do the Belizean autority will ask it ? Do they even have to know if he has another passport than the Belizean ? My friend would like to know if he will be able to keep his old passport and identity to be able to return to his original country if one day he can go back safely if his government is changed for a more democratic one or to travel in some neighbouring countries to meet some other opponents.

Thank you for you answers.

Best regards,
