Course Objectives
The Objectives of the course are threefold. Firstly, to apply basic economic principles to analyze the local andcommunity environment. Secondly, to provide students with some of the tools and techniques required to identify local needs and resources. Thirdly to provide students with the basic tools to begin to understand how local and community development can be brought about.
