The Christmas program is followed by the Jesus birthday party consisting of finger foods, cake and punch. Families will be asked to provide a plate of finger food to share and should bring it when dropping off children in the morning. A list will be provided.Remember, most families will have extra guests. Thanks. (no peanuts or peanut butter, please.)

The last week of school will include field day activities for the children on Thursday including a final chapel with Pastor. Graduation on Wednesday at noon will be followed by a finger foods, cake and punch reception. Families will be asked to provide a plate of finger food to share and should bring it when dropping off children in the morning. School Closings:During times of inclement weather, local radio and TV stations are notified of school closings. Announcements are usually aired around 6 a.m. We follow the decision of Madison City schools since we are located within their jurisdiction and follow the Madison City Schools calendar, therefore;if Madison City schools are closed, we will also be closed.

Delayed Openings:If Madison City Elementary schools have a delayed openingof one hour, we will open at our regular time of 9:05 A.M. If Madison City Elementary schools have a delayed opening of two hours, we will open at 10:00 A.M. If Madison City Elementary schools delay openingmore than two hours, we will be closed that day.

Early Dismissal:If it is announced that schools will be dismissed earlier than our regular dismissal time of 1 p.m. for anticipated weather issues, we will honor that decision also. You are an encouraged to come for your child as soon as you are aware of the early closing. Check your local TV/radio stations when severe weather appears imminent.
