Bequests:
- all her debts are to be satisfied
- ‘And Whereas my late Husband the said Walter Tucker did by his last Will give unto me all his Property including a certain Leasehold Tenement in or near Resugga lane end in the said Parish of St Stephen in Branwell’
- to sister-in-law Elizabeth Pascoe of St Ewe, ‘with whom I now reside’, all the above leasehold tenement in or near Resugga Lane end, including rents, issues and profits during her life, plus any rents due at the of the testatrix’s death , also the bed and bedding, wearing apparel and all other property. After the death of Elizabeth Pascoe the leasehold tenement is to go to Walter Pascoe the son of Elizabeth Pascoe and is not to be sold or mortgaged at any time.
