ACM (CS Tools) is the URL for password resets, account information, Eagle email folder information, etc. This contains good information for troubleshooting email, password, and account issues.
AINQ is used to verify and confirm Personnel employment/student status, account eligibility, and other assorted personal information.
BigBrother is a tool for monitoring various servers and services availability in real time. It also contains links to the OnCall application with problem escalation procedures andcontact information for server administrators.
The CSC Intranet URL is a 2nd (less reliable) source for escalating a problem or to get light information on how to begin to resolve some issues. This page also contains information on how to update the front end message on the phones (for emergencies, SIRS, or standard messages for during and after hours. The escalation information here is always trumped by information on the OnCall application.
The Password Change Page is available for anyone to login to and use provided they already know their existing password. It can change the master password OR it can be used to synchronize the current master password to all accounts (in case one system or another has gotten “out of sync” somehow). NOTE ---There is no www in the URL.
The DUCMAN URL is for updating the System Status Page during and after an event that a SIR has been generated. Always be sure to “preview” and “save the changes” to the page once you open one.

1. Free Undelete is an application that (once installed), will allow you to undelete most recently deleted files (even ones that are no longer in the Trash).

2. Ping Plotter is a traceroute utility that is easy to use and can grab information, save it as text so it can easily be sent to Netcom.

3. 3d Traceroute contains several tools for traceroute, NSlookup, Whois, and other internet utilities. I like this one.
