Leveraging Profiles Companywide

If you have multiple people in your company, the goal here is incorporating as many of these people into your LinkedIn campaign.

Leverage your employees profiles by having them invite their connections to join your group.

Design a “standard” for profiles, incorporating profile optimization strategies, as well as the right CTA’s.

Identify prospects within each employee’s connection database. Run drip marketing campaigns within each of your employee’s profiles.

Offer LinkedIn training for your employees. Lay out a step-by-step plan for them to use.

Training Your Employees

Conduct training sessions or workshops internally.

Create your own video screencasts showing them exactly how to perform the tactics that you’d like them to engage in.

Or all of the above.

What does not work:

Books about LinkedIn.

Training without follow up.

Watching something and then thinking they will remember it later.

Create a scorecard for your employees to track metrics. A few examples could be:

Grow Connections by 20 people each week.
