The Educational Equity Compliance Office (EECO) responds to and investigates ALL allegations of harassment/discrimination (student-to-student, student-to-employee, employee-to-student).

HIV/AIDS Prevention Unit/LAUSD
The Los Angeles Board of Education approved the development of programs to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS. Since 1987, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has provided funds to develop age-appropriate lessons for students, to train teachers in strategies for preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS and other diseases that may be transmitted sexually (STDs), and for the prevention of teenage pregnancy.

Out Adolescents Staying In School (OASIS) - Central High School/LAUSD
As part of CentralHigh School, OASIS is a continuation school in the Los AngelesUnifiedSchool District. It serves asa drop out prevention program for ALL students, including LGBT youth.
