Please review the Agreement and Exhibits with your assigned PSFA Regional Manager. If in agreement, please sign five (5) originals of the Agreementand return to your PSFA Regional Manager. Upon final approval, an executed original will be returned to you.

Tracking:

1. District Representative sends Agreements with above transmittal to Architect for signature;

2. Architect signs Agreements and attaches required documents and returns to District Representative;

3. District Representative reviews and signs above transmittal and forwards documents to PSFA Regional Manager;

4. PSFA Regional Manager reviews, approves, signs and forwards documents to the PSFA Santa Fé Office for review;

5. Santa Fé Office reviews transmittal confirming all supporting documentation attached; and

6. Upon final PSFA approval a Purchase Order will be issued.
