with the right to represent me before BULGARIAN NATIONAL TELEVISION by negotiating and purchasing in my name and to own account advertising time in the programs of BNT, pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions for broadcasting of commercial messages in the programs of BNT and the Tariff for sale of commercial messages in the programs of BNT, for the period:

1. The ADVERTISER hereby states and declares it possesses the right to use with advertising purposes the name and/or trademark of the products and/or services – subject matter of the advertising campaign, as follows:

2. The ADVERTISER hereby states and declares:
- it possesses legal, contractual or ceded in another legal manner right to use with advertising purposes the included in the advertising materials graphic and verbal trademarks, commercial slogans and messages, musical, literary and other copyrighted works, as well as the images of the persons advertising the product and/or service;
- it has settled the relations, including property relations, with the authors of the advertising materials, provided for broadcasting, with all other bearers of copyrights and related rights, the works and performances of which are included therein, in line with the requirements of the Copyright and Related Rights Act /CRRA/ and the currently effective applicable legislation, and it has received from the right bearers all requisite permissions pertaining to the use of the created on their part objects of copyrights and related rights for the purposes of TV broadcasting in the programs of BNT and has paid the due remunerations for the respective broadcasting, including for cable repeat broadcasting of the BNT programs in the networks of third persons.
3. By this Letter the ADVERTISER hereby states and declares that the ADVERTISING AGENCY has the right to reassign to other advertising agencies the implementation of the advertising campaign of the specified herein above goods/services in the programs of BNT.
