PROPOSED PRE-ANNEXATION ANDANNEXATION AGREEMENTS

Notice is hereby given that a proposed Pre-Annexation Agreement to the Village of Winnebago, County of Winnebago, State of Illinois, has been filed bythe owner of record of the property located at Bridgeland Road, consisting of approximately 5.85 acres (owned by Gene H. Viel as Trustee of the Gene Viel Trust, with Tim White and Amanda Shank in the process of purchasing the same),which property is in the unincorporated area of Winnebago County, and not currently contiguous to the Village of Winnebago, Illinois. Said party is requesting that his land owned, as legally described below, be pre-annexed to the Village of Winnebago, and that the same be zoned as District No. 1--One Family Residential District:
Part of the Southwest Quarter (1/4) of Section 20, Township 26 North, Range 11 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Quarter (1/4) Section which bears South 89°-07'-57" West, 276.16 feet from the Northeast corner of said Quarter (1/4) Section; thence South 30°-35'-40" East, 403.04 feet; thence South 89°-07'-57" West, parallel with the North line of said Quarter (1/4) Section, 828.53 feet; thence North 00°-52'-03" West, perpendicular to the North line of said Quarter (1/4) Section, 350.00 feet to the North line of said Quarter (1/4) Section; thence North 89°-07'-57" East, along the North line of said Quarter (1/4) Section, 628.68 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to the rights of the public over any part thereof taken, used or dedicated for public roadway purposes. Situated in the County of Winnebago and State of Illinois. Containing 5.85 Acres.
Notice is also hereby given that a proposed Annexation Agreement to the Village of Winnebago, County of Winnebago, State of Illinois, has been filed by the owners of record of the property located at 514 S. Seward Street, Winnebago, Illinois (owned by Joseph R. Flynn and Amanda L. Flynn), which property is in the unincorporated area of Winnebago County, and currently contiguous to the Village of Winnebago, Illinois. Said parties are requesting that their land owned, as legally described below, and bearing Property Identification Number (P.I.N.) 14-06-102-008, be annexed to the Village of Winnebago, and that the same be zoned as District No. 1--One Family Residential District:
Part of the Northwest Quarter (1/4) of Section 16, Township 26 North, Range 11 East of the Fourth (4th) Principal Meridian, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot Five (5) as designated upon the Plat of Phillip's 1st Addition to the Town of Winnebago, the Plat of which Subdivision is recorded in Book 31 of Plats on Page 130 in the Recorder's Office of Winnebago County, Illinois; thence South, along the West line of said Lots
Five (5) and Six (6), 100.0 feet; thence West, parallel with the North line of the Southwest Quarter (1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (1/4) of said Section, a distance of 261.50 feet to the center line of Seward Street as designated upon the Plat of Glawe's 3rd Addition to the Town of Winnebago; the Plat of which Addition is recorded in Book 31 of Plats on Page 85 in the Recorder's Office of Winnebago County, Illinois, extended South; thence North,

Notice is further given that on Monday, February 12, 2018, at 6:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Winnebago, Illinois, at the Village of Winnebago offices located at 108 W. Main Street Winnebago, Illinois, for the purpose of considering and hearing testimony as to proposed ordinances,one authorizing the executionof a Pre-Annexation Agreement for the referenced Bridgeland Road property, and one authorizing execution of an Annexation Agreement for the 514 S. Seward Street property, between the appropriate Village authorities and respective above-named Owner(s) regarding pre-annexation orannexation, as the case may be, of the properties as legally described above, which properties are not currently included within the corporate limits of any municipality.
An accurate map of the subject properties proposed to be pre-annexed orannexed, as the case may be, to the Village of Winnebago, and each of the complete proposed respective Pre-Annexation orAnnexation Agreements are on file with the Village Clerk for public inspection.
You are further notified that said proposed respective Pre-Annexation or Annexation Agreements may be changed, altered, modified, amended, or re-drafted in their entirety after the public hearing.
All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and an opportunity to be heard will be provided in accordance with rules and procedures established by the Village authorities, and any applicable laws.
