Legacy Award and Scholarship
The Legacy Award and Scholarship will be awarded to a student who has left a “Legacy” at Eagle Ridge Academy. This student will have excelled in academics, service, leadership, character, activities, and presence within the school. The “Legacy” student is one whose presence is missed long after they leave Eagle Ridge Academy due to the contributions they made while they were here.
Selection Process:
Applications are due on May 1st by 3:15pm to Ms. Julie Twetan. The selection process includes two rounds: application review and interviews.
· Applicants will be notified on May 8th, if they have been selected to move on to the interview. They will be notified of the time of their interview on May 8th.
· The interviews will be held on May 18th between 3:30-6:30pm.
After the interviews, the selection committee will announce a recipient of the award on May 30th. The award will be presented at the awards and graduation ceremonies.
The scholarship is a onetime award of at least $500. The award amount may be increased if further donation are received.
