2011 RULES & CONDIDTIONS
1. No responsibility is accepted by the Leek Show Committee for any accident, injury, loss, damage, illness to spectators, horses, ponies, competitors or their property, however caused.
2. The Leek Committeee /Show Secretary have the right to refuse any entry if a competitor brings the show in to disrepute
3. Apprentices must be under an approved apprenticeship scheme.
4. All Apprentices must state the name of the ATF they work for.
5. Safety glasses, protective footwear i.e. steel toe caps and aprons or chaps must be worn by competitors.
6. The judge will provide details of specimen shoes required.
7. The judge’s decision is final and binding at all times.
8. Competitors must provide own tools and safety equipment.
9. Only competitors and officials are allowed in the shoeing area.
10. No Strikers.
11. Competitors will use Swan Gas forges for all classes.
12. All Prize giving will take place after class 5.
13. Every competitor will receive 2 admission passes to the show
