1.  ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW

Registration (under the law of societies Rules of Republic of Kenya): 25 August 2010

Purpose of Establishment: ITF (International Transformation Foundation) a Non Government Christian Youth Organization created on principles of stimulus and inspiration for change and transformation of upcoming youth, mainly the vital, to the future by planting proper standards of success and superiority in life. This is thrived by establishing ITF main Projects set through healthy, international cohesion and planting the superior principles of priority such us International Fellowship Project, Professional Training Project, Humanitarian Project and Guest Lecture Project. With the motto Discover, Believe and Become.

Objectives: The organization’s objective is to transform and inspire youths, the imperative to the future, into leaders of global age.

-  Transform and inspire youth who are the future leaders.

-  Promote lectures set throughout healthy, international fellowship and planting the proper standard of priority.

-  Advancement of youth.

-  Mutual union through global fellowship.

-  Develop and promote the exchange of ideas.

-  Promote activities that will lead to personal and social development of members.

-  Promote the general welfare of the members.

-  Construction of bright, healthy society.

-  Aid for vulnerable persons such as orphans, street kids… and victims of natural disasters such as earthquake, flood…

2.  PENDO LA MZAZI PROJECT (Parental Love)

As it manifested that the maximum of kids decide to live in streets known as “street children” due to the lack of parental affection or duty exercise in different expressions such us loss of parents, careless parents and abandoned ones due to their physical or spiritual disabilities... Regarding this problematic that is increasing rapidly the number of children in streets deteriorating their lives sniffing glue with other multiplied kinds of alcohol and increasing number of beggars in highways corner, ITF under it’s Humanitarian Project with the aim “Give what i have for their Bright Future " took initiative to eradicate this intensification of Street Children due to the loss of hope for the future considering the surrounding circumstances such us no education, homes or anyone to rely on for their daily needs…for the resolution of this problems, ITF with its initiative to maximize the individual potential will maximally offer it’s assistance to plant the hope for bright future for these children.

Objectives of the Project

Project Site: Mathare,Mukuru and Kiambiu slums in Nairobi, Kenya.

WHAT AND HOW ASSISTED

1.  Tertiary and vocational education

1.1 CRAFTS by sponsoring these youth to attend the institutions offering the following courses:

I.  CARPENTARY

II.  MASONNARY

III.  WELDING

IV.  TAILORING

1.2 COMPUTER PACKAGES: Microsoft office and Microsoft internet.( ITF Volunteers will teach freely these courses to the attendance).

1.3 LANGUAGES: English, French, Spanish and Germany. (ITF Volunteers will teach freely these courses to the attendance).

2. SHELTER DURING REHABILITATION PERIOD: to be collaborated with local children Centre.

Note:

Activities: ITF volunteers who are changed and transformed university and college students will be working for the said street kids by getting them from streets and taking care of them, full counseling and manifestation of parental love 6 days a week 8 hours a day. ITF will provide anything that will occur that is not prepared if is beyond its capacity will look for assistance from other corporate. ITF will be able to control 20 kids and locate them in home per month to enable the reception of other in the said period. ITF volunteers will be in charge of full Vocational Education for these youth.

Education: for Computer packages and languages: Classrooms and tutor halls are needed but to be collaborated with local school/home center. And during rehabilitation period shelter is needed but to be collaborated with local children center. The Education provided by ITF volunteers will be conducted 8 hours a day with breaks 6 days a week. Children rehabilitation period will be receiving tutorials and home based care on parental care, full 7 days a week. During Vacation, Vocational Education will be going on 7 days a week 8 hours a day, especially for languages and computer packages.

Evaluation: after 12 months of the project the beneficiaries will be able to identify themselves and where they are heading in future. Children taken from streets 80% will be staying in their parents’ house or their relatives, for others without places to stay ITF will introduce them to children Center or parental adopt. Those who are at age rendering Public services will be eligible in various partnership organizations.

3.  POTENTIAL FOR THE SUCCESSFUL PROJECT

The project management is under ITF authority, as Founders and top officers of ITF are the most experienced in this case in their early life they strongly believe that there is nothing is going to stop them to eliminate this problem in our society, as they were able to overcome the same issues for themselves. The senior staffs of ITF will use their personnel skill and determination together with adopted wisdom , appropriate ways that they used to come out of this life highlighted by hopeless in the future due to lack of parental love caused by various manifestations.

To ensure the transparency in use of the fund on proposed project there will be external audit 1 month before the completion of the project.

ITF will consecutively follow up the beneficiaries of the project to ensure the stability and Improvement of the gained life.
