JOB DESCRIPTION
The Department of Human Services is seeking LEAN Process Analyststo support a major transformationprogramme. Key activities will be focussed around supporting BAU operations aswell as mobilisation of the next tranche of projects.
The LEAN Process Analysts will undertake process reviews and improvementsfor the Integrated Programme Office in the WPIT Programme.
The LEAN Process Analysts will undertake process reviews with providing a LEANlens to define streamlined, end-to-end processes for the IPO and procurementteams in the WPIT Programme. They will be required to have strong stakeholderengagement skills and be willing undertake a range of tasks from facilitatingworkshops to documenting processes.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential skills and experience
- Highly developed skills in modelling, documenting and communicating process flows in a variety of formats
- Ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder workshops in rapidly changing environments to elicit and gain agreement on process flows
- Highly developed communications and organisation skills.
