Why do you want to participate in LEAP?
What results or changes would you hope to experience by participating?
In addition to monthly 1-to-1 coaching sessions and group Learning Labs, you can expect to have approximately 2+ hours of homework each week (including assignments and weekly calls with a homework partner) plus monthly reading assignments (typically one book per month). These are designed to reinforce and enhance your growth process.
To what extent are you willing to dedicate sufficient time to support your growth through LEAP, to make every reasonable effort to attend every session and to take initiative to engage the process? What could get in the way?
Describe the most significant intentional growth process you’ve been involved with since graduating from school. How was it for you going through that process? What was the growth impact on you?
Which of the following guided, physical, outdoor activities are you willing and able to participate in – mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking, ice climbing, snow shoeing? Note: not all activities will be available.
LEAP integrates and references Biblical principles in the learning process, along with current leadership literature from top academic and practitioner thought leaders. While the program does not require or assume participants have a Christian faithor Judeo-Christian viewpoint, practical Biblical principles will be incorporated because they have been shown to work well and they also provide a rich context for exploring best leadership practices.
