We currently have anopportunity in Melbournefor an experienced learning and development consultantto join our world-class team, contributing to the design anddelivery of high impact development interventions for our clients at an individual and organisational level.

Working closely with the wider Executive Education team,take a lead role with clients interpreting how their challenges appear as people or capability challenges and identify how we can work with them to address this.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree/Masters qualifications in Business, Organisational Design, Human Resources or related disciplines will be highly regarded
  • Experience in senior roles in management, organisation development or learning and development
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of leadership and management development interventions
  • Ability to build mutually beneficial long-term client relationships
