1. Grossman and Valiga Leadership Characteristics and Skills Assessment Tool
This tool helps the student determine leadership skills
Post the results in the appropriate Bb assigned area
PART I includes a list of statements that help current or future leaders determine personal perceptions of what makes a good leader.
“SA” = Strongly Agrees
“A” = Agrees
“D”= Disagrees
“SD”= Strongly Disagrees

2. Go to the website below and complete the Emotional Intelligence Assessment. This assessment will take more than 30 minutes to complete so plan the best time to complete. Copy and paste the results of the EI test and post in the assigned area in Bb
3. After completing both self-assessments and reflecting upon the results, in no more than two pages, critique and interpret your unique leadership persona and relate to examples from your life experiences.
4. Search the internet for another example of a leadership self-assessment tool. Post the weblink to this tool in the appropriate Bb area.
