Selection Criteria / Tertiary qualifications and extensive current educational leadership experience.
Proven successful experience inoverseeingschool and student administration processes along with high level expertise in the management of school finances and budgets.
Demonstratededucational leadership skills and the ability to enhance schoolschange management processes, including business reform.
Knowledge of the LMBR Finance and SALM solution and a capacity to design training solutions that meet the educational and administrative business requirements of schools.
Ability to represent the views of schoolsto influence the development and delivery of LMBR School Administration and Learning Management (SALM) and Finance training material.
Demonstrated ability to encourage a culture of engagement and high level communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated commitment to the values of public education.

Statement of Duties / Provide effective and strategic leadership and advice to ensure the development, design and implementation of LMBR programs School Administration and Learning Management (SALM) and Finance training meets the business requirements of schools.
Promote a culture that encouragesstrong engagement and liaison with schools and networks to ensure training design meets the future business needs of schools and their workforce.
Critically reviewthe development of training material produced by the Schools Training officers.
Advocate schools perspectives in training activities and in communications to schools.
Ensure the development of high quality relevant and professional training programs that support the deployment of the School Administration and Learning Management (SALM) and Finance solutions to the remaining NSW Schools.
Manage effective working relationships withLMBR, Schools and Corporate stakeholders.
Ensure that the relevant Corporate and Schools Finance stakeholders are involved in the development and review of Training Materials.
Represent the business needs of schools in workshops, meetings and other forums set up as part of LMBR Program.
