What is this opportunity?

Specialty Product Group Engineers are empowered to manage complete programs, from designing & validating products to customer supplier communications. Our products and services range from complete vehicle safety systems for high end luxury vehicles to selling products for off-road vehicle applications.

We are a small group growing at a record pace and are looking for self-driven engineers who can manage multiple activities for automotive and non-automotive applications.

Our customers include high luxury market manufactures like Ferrari, Aston Martin and Maserati, to unique off road applications for John Deere, CNH and Polaris.

·  Must be able to lead an engineering team in developing cutting-edge safety products.

·  Act as the program manager and provide expertise to lead customer interface.

·  Will report to Engineering Manager of Specialty Group.

·  Work globally, while gaining experience with our international customers, across multiple products and applications.

·  Accept the challenge of creating value and having a direct effect on the management of your product development, validation and production launch.

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline is required.

·  7-10 years of related experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

·  Positive attitude with the ability to make decisions.

·  Prior experience with automotive interiors, steering wheels or safety restraints experience is a plus.
