Merry Christmas from your Iowa UMC Camp and & retreat Team!
Your Iowa UMC camp team wants to wish everyone out there a very Merry Christmas and Blessed New Year. There so many people of all ages who have supported us this past year, whether through our summer camp programs, or a retreat outing, your camp team wants each of you to know that you’re special to us and we are so grateful that you have allowed us to be part of your ministry at one of our Camps. We also want you to know that as you move into the New Year, and the winter time comes, there might be a retreat opportunity that will fit your ministry needs. Some of you might be thinking of a special youth outing; such as having a sledding party with hot chocolate and all the fixings, and at the end of the day relaxing and sharing around one of our many fireplaces. Some of you may already be in an adult Bible study and you want to find a place that’s different to go to, a sacred place where one can find solitude and fellowship in a small group setting. And it might just be that you’d like some personal time for yourself to know God more. There are so many unique and creative ways that our camps can be a part of your special ministry, and we are always grateful to hear from you about what that might be or what it might look like.
