Law Enforcement Explorer Advisors Association of Colorado Scholarship

Who is Eligible

Any law enforcement Explorer who is at least in the 12th grade or in college may apply. Their agency must be a member of LEEPAAC. Explorers will be evaluated on their academic record, leadership ability, extracurricular activities and personal statement on “What are the biggest challenges facing law enforcement in the next five years.”

Application Process

The explorer should submit the following items:

  • Completed Application
  • Two letters of recommendation (Post Advisor and Teacher)
  • A 500-word (maximum) essay on “What are the biggest challenges facing law enforcement in the next five years?”
  • A transcript of his/her high school (if in college, submit college transcript)

Deadline

The application and all supporting documents must be received no later than April 28, 2017.
