Spelling & Handwriting
Walnut children must write out a few of their favourite memories of Walnut class or this yearin their best handwriting at the front of their homework book. What have your favourite parts of the year been?
- Can you illustrate your work?
- All children will be invited to come to the front of the class to share their favourite moments and memories.
- Have a look at Walnut website gallery for ideas!
Reading
Make sure you read three times a week to earn your bookworm. Bookworms are usually checked on Wednesday, please make sure you hand your book in for checking and changing!
Request:Maths scrapbooks will be going up to Year 2 so please hand these in to Miss Jones if she does not have yours already!
Tora & Zuzanna are leaving! Picnic & Ice Pops Party
As two of our Walnuts are leaving and jetting off to Japan and Poland, we are having a party on the afternoon of Wednesday 19th July (last Wednesday of school, before the Circus). Miss Jones would be very grateful for any donations of ice pops and picnic food that we could all enjoy in the afternoon. Many thanks, in advance
