Cost: $50.00 per spot (one run) Checks will be cashed June 7th . Since we are obligated to pay the clinician and cover expenses no matter what, there will be NO refunds unless clinic is full and a replacement is found.
Bring your own food/drink. You can eat with us or go to one of the local restaurants/fast food eateries. (Maid Rite, McDonalds, Arby’s, Subway)

Camping: I-80 Exit 230, Sleepy Hollow Campground 319-828-4900
Directions: I-80 to exit 225, turn South this is U Ave, continue South for 5 miles. Turn right (west) onto 270th St. first house on the right (North).
REMINDER:
1. Dogs must be current on rabies, all vaccinations and deworming.
2. All dogs must be leashed or crated when not participating.
3. Patricia Anderson, Tracey McPherson and Willowcreek Farm is not responsible for injury or theft.
4. CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG(s)!

IMPORTANT.READ THIS FIRST. MUST BE SIGNED FOR ENTRY TO BE VALID. I release from liability Willowcreek Farm, Patricia Anderson and Tracey McPherson as well as all people involved in the clinic for which I have submitted an entry. I accept that any activity around dogs and/or livestock is not without some risk to myself and my dog. I accept all responsibility for myself and my dog. I agree to pay for any damage my dog inflicts upon the stock and/or other dogs and/or people. For stock, this will be complete fair market value if stock has to be destroyed or the complete vet bill if injury is slight. (Stock value: sheep $200, cattle $1000). Willowcreek Farm/Patricia Anderson and the organizers reserve the right to excuse any dog/participant for any reason.
