Meeting Called to Order at 11:40 am by President, Dale Wirth.
Networking Roundtable / Member Updates
· Leslie Ptak will be presenting at Kwik Trip this week, weather permtting. (authors’s update: this was rescheduled for 2/4/10 at 1:30 pm) please contact Dan Schreiter at Kwik Trip with questions or to register.
Council Business and Announcements
v Review of meeting minutes from (10/26/2009) and review of November 2009 Treasurer’s report were postponed to the January
v Dale opened a discussion about the fact that several board members have graciously served the council beyond their appointed terms.
v The council is in need of a new treasurer. Dale requested volunteers, when no one stepped forward he requested that an interested parties contact a board member.
v The question of board elections and treasurer will be discussed again in the January 2010 meeting.
