Color Coating Line: Producing preprinted coils with polyester, epoxy and polyurethane paints of all colors with high quality level according toECCA testing standard andEN10169-1standard to be used in the wide range of applications (Roofs, corrugated sheets, sandwich panels and all miscellaneous applications )
  1. Cold Rolling Mill: Producing various thicknesses of the steel strips by cold rolling pressing of the high thickness strip to be in a low thickness condition according to EN10132standard to go to a next process (Galvanization, Skin pass or Batch annealing)

  • The year 2003 was a huge leap for KANDIL STEEL GROUP, it set up KAMA COATING for coating company and first Continuous Galvanizing Line with An annual production capacity of 65'000 MT.Basedon a very strategic export plan.
  • In the year of 2004KANDIL STEEL GROUP started to produce preprinted coils by set up the ColorCoating Line in KAMA COATING also with a production capacity 20’000 MT with a wide plan for locally and exportation customers in north Africa and middle east .
  • In the year of 2005 KANDIL STEEL GROUP increased its production capacity by set up the second Cold Rolling Mill of KANDIL and the second Continuous Galvanizing Line with a production capacity 100’000 MT.
  • In the year of 2007 KANDIL STEEL GROUP merged GALVA METALwhich consists of 6 lines with annual capacity equal 200, 000 tons regarding to 2006 results
