Note 1:

These instructions are intended to be a guide only. They should be close, or correct, but they actually apply to the Kyocera KM-4050. Each task can be accomplished at the C/S/P or in a web browser. Different Kyocera models will vary, and theses instructions will need to be adapted to the printer model being used.

Note 2: (ZUN)

ZUN is used to represent one’s Zimbra User Name (ULM e-mail address information prior to the “@” sign.)

Note 3: (Passwords)

ULM has a system (LDAP) that serves to keep the My ULM, Zimbra, Flight Path, Spock, etc, passwords in sync. Changing one’s password in My ULM, changes all of these. If the testing setup process for the scanner does not work (connect), first try changing the password in My ULM (it can be changed back to the previous password, if so desired). This process works best when one’s MS Windows logon credentials (username and password) are the same as one’s My ULM, Zimbra, Flight Path, and Spock credentials. If they are not the same, one will have to input their Zimbra/Spock password when an attempt is made to access their files on the Spock server. To have different MS Windows/Spock credentials without having to input login information, one may be able to use the “Connect using different credentials” option when mapping the Spock drive. (Banner passwords are separate/standalone passwords.)
