·  Written sleep plans and supportive documents are sent 24-48 hours after our initial phone appointment.

·  All support calls included in packages are to be used within one week to three months of start date, depending on package.

·  Depending on my schedule I generally respond to email within 24-48 hours.

·  Clarity is any questions you have on any materials sent, including sleep plans and supportive documents. Clarity is before you implement suggestions. Questions after you start are support calls.

·  Support. The fastest way to get into my schedule is to use my online scheduler. You are responsible for requesting a time. For all calls I will be calling you. This is an interactive and collaborative relationship. If you do not get a call from me within 10 minutes of our scheduled time PLEASE call me.

·  I do not work on weekends unless previously arranged. I rarely look at email on Sunday.

·  When requesting support or clarifications please start a NEW email thread and put support or clarification in subject. Clarification is any questions you have about written materials or conversations before you start your plan. Support is question you have as a result of implementing your plan or my recommendations.

·  If you have to cancel a support call please see policy below. 24-hours notice.

·  Remember you can change your mind and add support to your plan at any time. I will schedule you at the next available time I have. Keep in mind that it can take several days to get an appointment slot.

·  Phone consultations (included in plan), One-hour consultations, and support calls (30-minutes) that run over allotted time: are billed at $55/30-minutes and billed in 15 minute increments. This is also applicable to discussing a sibling’s sleep.

·  Please know that sometimes-extra support is needed to perfect the whole picture of sleep and keep it in tact for years to come.

·  Facing a change with your child’s sleep can be scary. I have made every effort to be as clear as possible with all written materials and support materials. However, if there is still apprehension and anxiety after we have had our initial appointment and you have read your materials, then you may need to use one of your support calls before you start your plan. Many families find it helpful to schedule a support call before night one of implementing the sleep plan.

Below is my cancelation and refund policy

Prior to our consultation, I spend meaningful effort researching, preparing and getting to know you. The following policies ensure that we maximize the time spent addressing your family needs, and minimize logistics.

If you need to reschedule, giving more notice allows this timeslot to be reallocated to another family. On the other hand, late cancellations cannot be filled at short notice. The credit policy reflects this.

The RIE Approach is rooted in a respectful relationship. These policies are in place to respect the efficiency of my process and work. I make every effort to offer you the same respect in return.

 Answer questions in the document I send and return it to me. If you are unable to save it to word or I-pages, cut and paste it and send it in the body of an email.

 If you send me a PDF or handwritten form we will have to reschedule. This might take one week to re-schedule and it will cost 50% of your package.

# 1 – Cancelation Policy

·  If you cancel our appointment 7-days prior to your scheduled time - you will receive a full refund.

·  If you cancel our appointment between 7-days and 3-days prior to your scheduled time – you will receive a full credit toward another booking.

·  The new appointment must be booked within one month of your cancelation. IT is your responsibility to keep track of this and reschedule.

·  If you reschedule 72-hours or less prior to your scheduled time – you will receive a 50% credit toward another booking.

·  If you cancel our appointment less than 72-hours prior our scheduled time you will not receive a refund or credit for any package booked.

#2 - Support calls cancelation policy

24- hour notice is required for cancellation of all support calls. You can always use 15-minutes of your support and save the second half for a later time.

#3 - Post Appointment Refunds

My sleep plans work. They are not always easy to implement and if the crying is too much I recommend support. Support is what will get you through and realize the results you desire.

If you decide NOT to implement my plan there are no refunds. I will only refund money on support not used within 5 days upon delivery of the plan and your notifying me, in writing, that you will not proceed with the sleep plan. Refunds on support are as follows.

·  Standard Plan – no refunds!!

·  Deluxe Plan - $200

·  VIP - $400

CONSENT AND RELEASE

In consideration of the opportunity for my child to participate in Eileen Henry’s

Compassionate Sleep Solutions™ program of Boulder, Colorado, I hereby exempt and release

Eileen Henry, from any and all liability, claims, demands or actions whatsoever arising out of

any damage, loss or injury to --

Child’s name

or his/her property while he/she is participating in any of the activities contemplated by this

release. I also understand that Eileen Henry is not a licensed therapist or counselor.
