KRASNOW NAMED COO OF ARA FLORIDA
NY Commercial Real Estate Vet Tapped to Grow Fla. Business
BOCA RATON, Fla. – February 20, 2007 –Apartment Realty Advisors (ARA), the nation’s leading multihousing brokerage and investment advisory company, today announced Kenneth Krasnow as chief operating officer for Florida.
Krasnow will leverage ARA’s existing brand and strong client base to grow the company geographically across the state and continue to develop service areas including private client, mid-market and land specialties, and capital market advisory services including debt/equity placement.
“The South Florida market has experienced an extended period of dynamic growth,” said Krasnow. “ARA has a unique opportunity to take advantage of their established credibility and grow as the demographics in the state change with more people and development moving west and north throughout Florida. We won’t be reactionary—we’re going to get ahead of the curve so that our clients can do the same.” The company recently opened an office in Tampa and is actively scouting sites for the company’s soon to be announced Orlando office.
Krasnow was previously an executive vice-president with Trammell Crow Company in New York City where he was responsible for the overall direction and growth of the tri-state brokerage unit. Prior to that, Krasnow was the Executive managing director and New York Area Leader for Cushman & Wakefield.
