Dear Sir/Madam

I am an Adobe Certified Expert in Flash. I have used/taught Flash, Visual Basic.Net, C#, mySql, PHP, HTML, Photoshop and Basic networking at Renton Technical College from 2000 to 2008. I have also taught Flash at Bellevue Community College, the University of Washington and Edmonds Community College. I prefer to program in ActionScript 3, but I can also program in AS2 if necessary. During my last job and while I was an instructor I managed teams of people and projects. I am a developer not a designer, I can use Photoshop, but I don’t have the necessary artistic ability to be a good graphic designer.

In addition to my software and management skills, I am also a licensed Professional Engineer (electrical) specializing in digital design. I have over 30 years of experience with small companies to large corporations. While working for Boeing I’ve interfaced with Carco tables in the millimeter wave lab and wrote Fortran programs to help analyze data from the accelerometers on the Inertial Upper Stage (IUS) program. I have extensive experience using PIC microcontrollers, but also am well versed in discreet logic design and have had some experience in DC motor control (h-bridge and PWM applications). I use assembly language and C as the programming languages in my microcontroller designs.

Thank you for considering me for a position

Sincerely

Kinsey Fobes, PE

Changing which data is used and the location of the mark. It also kept a running serial number that utilized the day of year and was reset at the beginning of each day. This project was implemented in C#..

·  Analyzed an old design of a poorly documented circuit so that a replacement board could be populated and delivered to the customer. The original designer was still on staff so I tutored him on the process for recreating the proper values in order to make the design viable.

·  Modified an existing product in order to pass CE certification. Hand carried the unit to the testing lab and oversaw the certification.
