PROGRAMMER AGREEMENT

  • Every programmer must sign this agreement in order to maintain status as an active programmer who is able to be on the air.
  • You will never use the following words which the FCC has explicitly forbidden: shit, piss, fuck, cunt, cocksucker, motherfucker, and tits.
  • Programmers are required to demonstrate that you have read and understand the severity of the FCC rules by taking the test below and signing your name at the bottom.
  • By signing this agreement, the programmer acknowledges that they have been trained to use the broadcast studio.
  • By signing this agreement, the programmer agrees to follow the rules and regulations of KHOI, as well as procedures associated with airing programs, as outlined in the KHOI training manual.
  • Please answer the following questions, all can be found in the Programmers Handbook.

QUESTIONS

  1. If a song is played during your program that contains the word 'ass', is that is a direct violation of FCC regulations? Yes or No
