Bakekahas a revolutionary design: it is the most simple Key Cabinet in the world and also the cheapiest (piùeconomico; menocostoso) system for the tracking of keys of offices, keys of industrial sites and keys of vehicles.
A special design that has removed technology and has brought SIMPLICITY.
Product’s description
Bakekais a compact system, based on a very light aluminium panel, that can be installed within any architectonical style.
Portachiavi
Keys are attached to the electronic Key Tags, that have a special design to allow the Key Tags to “run” within the track and to remain “prisoner” in the track.
On the base of the Key Tag is attached an RFID tag, with its unique identification code.
Mechanism
All the electronic parts of Bakekaare based on the superior part of the panel:
1-an RFID reader for identification of users;
2-an LCD display;
The centre of the aluminium panel has been cut, to produce a track with three (3) bigger holes:
1-Entrancewith electronic control;
2-Exit with electronic control;
3-Emergency Exit.
Once the key tags are in the track, they cannot be removed without a specific permission: only authorized users may obtain keys, after they have been identified by the reader.
In case of emergency, the Emergency Exit may be opened with a special key (Emergency Key).
The inferior part of the panel is designed to host from 36 to 144 Key Tags, in special “slots” that are cut along the track.
Exit of a Key Tag
The procedure for the exit of a Key Tag is the following:
1-User must identify himself with the card or with a pin code (a keyboard is an option of the system);
2-User takesone Key Tag and “drives” it to the Exit with electronic control;
3-The Key Tag is not yet allowed to exit and is blocked before the exit hole;
4-The system reads the Key Tag code and, if the Key Tag is associated to the User, the exit is authorized.
Strong Box
If requested, a strong cabinet with door may be supplied as an external protection of the system and of the keys. The cabinet may have an automatic closing system based on roller shutters or a normal door.
Electronics
A mother board is on board, to control all of the operations and to manage a register of programming and a register of events.
On demand, it is possible to modify the operations on Bakeka.
Network connection
Bakekaalways operates in a stand-alone configuration.
A network connection Ethernet 10/100 is available on board to connetcBakeka on a TCP/IP protocol to the software system “BK Controler” that will be installed on a PC or on a Server. This
A copy of the BK controller will be installed on any working station authorized to manage the system.
Management Software
BK Controler is developed under Windows.
It creates an SQL data base.
The rights of access may be different for different level of administration.
