NOTES

  • Please put the player’s names on the backs of the photographs if sending more than one registration. You may know the players, but the Admin Officer probably does not.
  • Birth Certificates, Passports or other official documents issued by a Government Agency attesting to the players date of birth, are acceptable as proof of ID. Please ensure that any copies are included for all players where required. Do not send originals, as League Admin Officers are unable to photocopy these.
  • The closing dates for transferring players between teams and/or clubs and for signing new players is 31st March.
  • If any player, parent, manager or club official is found to have given false information, they will be liable to disciplinary action by the KGLFL

EMERGENCY SIGN ON PROCEDURE

The team who is making the emergency signing must communicate with their admin officer & their opposition prior to the match their intention to do an emergency signing. On match day they must without fail have with them: A) The registration form filled out & signed off by a club official B) Photos and proof of DOB.

They must place the players name on the match day card under the emergency signing section & inform the opposition before KO of what they intend to do. The opposition must check all the paperwork, both on the match day card and the newly filled out & signed registration form. The opposition official must then sign the back of the registration form, tick the boxes on the match day card under the emergency signing section to say they have seen the required documents, then sign the match day card to say they happy for the player to play. PLEASE NOTE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is a player to play if any of the required documents are missing or not filled in correctly.

The manager who has made the emergency signing must send all the relevant paper work onto their admin officer, within 3 days of the match taking place, communication must be kept with their admin officer until the appropriate paperwork is received. It is the responsibility of the manager, undertaking the emergency signing to ensure that the above procedure is done correctly, failure to do so may result in disciplinary action being taken by the League management committee. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES must that player; play in another game, until the team manager is in receipt of the registration card for that particular player.
