CAUCUS AGENDA
1. Approve the Meeting minutes of February 14, 2017
2. Approve the Treasurer/Secretary report for the month of February 2017.
3. Approve the current and auxiliary List of Bills for payment, and any and all bills that will be forthcoming in the month of March 2017.
4. Approve Resolution No. 04-2017, Harbor Woods Developer’s Agreement and Addendum.
5. Approve Jordan Tax Service to collect current and delinquent accounts for the Township of Kennedy.
6. Approve the Home Occupation Permit No. 01-2017 as approved to form by the Township Solicitor, to engage in music lessons at 174 Williams Street, in accordance with the provisions cited in Zoning Ordinance 478 and the” Nature of Business” cited in the permit. Final approval shall not be granted until an Occupancy Permit has been issued by the Township Building Inspector.
7. Approve to re-appoint Dave Gasparovich to the Uniform Construction Code Board of Appeals effective 3/17/17 to 3/17-2019.

Public Works Commissioner DiNardo will introduce Elliot Vertullo, recently promoted from Part-time Public Works laborer, to Full-time laborer. CALL FOR A MOTION TO HIRE MR. VERTULLO EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2017 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE NON-UNIFORM COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT.
Public Safety Commissioner John Sinicrope will recognize Township police officers Aaron Dhanse and G. Desimone with letters of commendation.
BUSINESS AGENDA
