Agenda points for VMC meeting

Academics:

  1. Vidyalaya is a Single Section School from Class Ist to XIIth.
  2. Class XI & XII have only Science Stream.
  3. At Present total no. of Students are 536 Out of which Boys are 307 and Girls are 229.
  4. FA1 Examination for class 3 to 10 has been conducted from 20, July to 31, July 2015.
  5. UT-I for class XII has been conducted from 20,July to 31, July 2015.
  6. U T –I for class XI, 5th August to 12 August 2015.
  7. SA -1 Examination for classes 3rd to X is scheduled from 21-09-2015 to 30-09-2015.
  8. UT II for class XI & XII is scheduled from 21-09-2015 to 30-09-2015.
  9. CCA activities and celebrations are going on as per Calendar.
  10. The attendance of parent in PTA meeting is less than the parents through meeting is requested to inform.
  11. The date for medical checkup is to be decided in meeting.
  12. Admission for the session 2015-16 is over as per KVS admission guidelines.

Administration

  1. The Vidyalaya has total 30 Teaching and Non Teaching staff members as on 31.07.2015 Principal - 01 PGTs - 07 TGTs - 07 Librarian - 01 PRTs - 07 UDC - 01 LDC - 01 Sub-Staff - 06 Total - 31
  2. There are two contractual teachers working in the Vidyalaya. * Computer Instructor * Sports Coach.
  3. Vidyalaya needs development from all sides and corners as –

Infrasture:

  1. Vidyalaya has enough land which is to be developed as sports ground.
  2. The furniture for the Students, departments and staff members are very old and out dated which needs to be replaced by new with the fund availability.
  3. With reference to the letter no. F.110114-02/2013-KVS / HQ (WK-D/ 315 dated 20-1-2015. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has sanctioned Rs. 302.74 Lakh for the construction of multiple Hall and process in progress with construction agency UP SKNN ltd.
  4. With reference to the letter No. 430112 ( KVS RO VNS (Admn) / 2015-16/2093 dated 20-7-2015 KVSRO Varanasi has send the proposal of construction of additional rooms to KVS Head Quarter New Delhi send by KV COD.
  5. With reference to the letter No. F4301121 2015-KVS (VNS) 1213 dated 19-08-215 KVS RO Varanasi has send proposal for development of rain water harvesting at KV COD.
  6. With reference to the letter no F. No. 430117/KVS /RO/VNS/2015 -16/862 dated 17.07.2015 has sanctioned Rs. 83135/- for Annual Maintenance for Staff Quarter and the work is in progress.

Finance

  1. Annual Budget of SF and VVN R.E. 2015 – 16 & B. E. 2016 – 17 has been approved by Hon’ble Chairman VMC.
