Meeting began at 7:06 pm

President’s Welcome Back

1. Teacher’s Report/Guest Speakers:

2. Principal’s Report:

a. Kelley’s 50th Anniversary Celebration – Reminder tomorrow from 4pm-6pm

This event is open to the public & will start in the café with a proclamation from the town council. Pics. will be on display from ’67 as well as recreated ones. Grade level performances will be taking place during the school day but will not be open to parents due to a lack of space. Some original students & staff members will attend. A video will be recorded. Currently we don’t have a projector that’ll allow an immediate transfer. It will be uploaded onto the website for viewing.

b. Veteran’s Day Program – Reminder November 8th

This will be taking place in half of the gym.

a. Update Book Fair

Totals are still being finalized but approximately $9,000 was sold with a profit of about $2,300.

b. Update 5th Grade Committee

Kingsmen Brewing event last week had 86 attendees & made a gross profit of $1,625

papers for Poinsettia sales went home

Crazy Turkey Hat Day = 11/15

Dec. bake sale will take place @ conferences

c. Holiday Fair (Deb spoke on behalf)

The vendor from last year will be used this year as well. There will again be crafts available for sale. A lot of donations have been received for the drawing. The dates will be 11/28 – 12/1 with 12/1 being breakdown & also the day the raffle winners will be announced.

5. Lyman Pies – being delivered on Monday -
