Job Description – Marketing Coordinator (Part-time or Full-time)

We partner withclients in the biopharmaceutical sector to better inform strategic decision making and guide programme/portfolio strategy development.The company will besignificantly differentiated from other market research agencies by offering sophisticated and robust syndicated reports, developed in conjunction with key opinion leaders within specific specialty markets and operating with a global footprint.

KeyAccountabilities
  • Keep the website fresh and updated (we utilize a very user-friendly application; knowledge of code not critical)
  • Manage the marketing calendar for press releases, medical conferences, webcasts, monthly newsletter, etc.
  • Work with Insights Directors to develop press releases and client/market specific marketing pieces
  • Develop on-line and traditional marketing materials
  • Manage the vertical response system to understand what is working and what is not. Communicate findings and adjust tactics accordingly
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy
  • Develop and implement a branded monthly newsletter
  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Serve as point person for external events (typically limited to two per year)
  • Develop a list of preferred vendors for print, graphics, etc.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree
  • Minimum two years in marketing communications, preferably healthcare related, preferably client side
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing

  • This position reports to the President
  • Compensation package includes competitive salary and benefits, commensurate with experience, as well as an annual bonus for meeting performance objectives
