LAKESHORE RESTORATION: The lakeshore has now been marked off for the restoration and work will begin after mid-May. The Association will be meeting with the City of Inver Grove Heights and DakotaCounty in the very near future at which time dates and timelines of the restoration will be known. After this meeting, we will then send out information to the residents on dates, etc. All costs of preparation and planting will be shared by Inver Grove Heights and DakotaCounty. Our association will become responsible for maintaining the plants after the first three years

HOMEOWNER’S INSURANCE: If you have not done so, please send in your homeowner’s insurance as soon as possible, as we need to have each homeowner’s current coverage on file. LAKEBRIDGE #4 ASSOCIATION CLEANUP: Help with the spring cleanup of the common grounds and earn a chance to win one of three $10 Applebee's certificates
May is cleanup month in Lakebridge #4. Please help spruce up our area by taking a little time to pickup trash in areas of the association. You can work on the grounds around your house, along the airport fence, the shed area, or the lakeshore, anywhere that can use a little TLC. If you participate, you are eligible to win one (per house) of 3 Applebee's certificates. The drawing will take place at the June board meeting. After you have done your cleanup time, just email your name to the association’s email address, , before June 8 or come to the June 9 meeting. Names will be entered in the drawing from the email and/or those in attendance at the meeting who have helped with the cleanup. Thanks - working together helps keep our costs down and our property values up.
KEEP GARBAGE CONTAINERS CLOSED
Please make sure your trash containers are closed with lids tight and bags well-sealed when put out before garbage pick-up on Monday. Animals can easily get into bags and containers, if open. If garbage is pulled out of containers by animals or the wind, please be responsible to pick up this trash to keep our grounds clean and sanitary.
