Kainos Community Core Competency Framework

Competencies can be defined as those measurable behavioural skills, abilities and personality traits that identify successful employees against defined roles within an organisation. Kainos Community have adopted a set of Core Competencies that support and promote the organisation’s mission and values:

These core competencies are utilised in the recruitment and selection process, training, continued professional development and annual performance management. Each of the core competencies has a number of clear, observable indicators of behaviours that are expected in association with the employees’ job/role.
