This multi terrain 4 mile beach run starts at Chapel rock at low tide and heads straight to the Penhale end of Perranporth beach. Turn at the cliffs and head back to the Haven Holiday Park steps, up onto the South West coast path , over the cliff and back down onto the beach to the finish line.

A multi terrain race with a challenging climb at the end!

The start line is at Chapel Rock on Perranporth Beach

On the route follow the direction indicators or Marshals instructions

Please keep to the footpath on the cliff section of the route

All 4 mile runners must be over the age of 15 yrs

First 3 under 35, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

Fun runners who would like to be on the results table will need to collect a race number when they arrive

First 3 kids fun run ages 0-5, 6-8, 9-11,12’s, 13’s, 14’s 15’s (with race numbers)

All entrants to both races will receive a memento on finishing (not guaranteed for late entrants)

4m runners will also receive a goody bag.

Entries on the day are allowed and there will be an additional £1 fee payable.
