JYSK Nordic looking forRetail Development Coordinator for the Retail Development Department.
We have a lot to do in JYSK, both in our Concept Development Department and in our stores around the World.
In 2013 we have taken over the franchise stores in Romania and Bulgaria, so right now JYSK covers 18 Countries with aprox. 830 stores and the expansion doesn’t stop here. We will continue expanding in Asia and Balkan within the nearest future.
At the same time we havedeveloped a new store concept that is being updated running and all the time we are working on developing our existing basic store concept.
To secure the conceptual implementation in all of our Countries and the future expansion in JYSK in general, we need a Retail Development Coordinator with reference to the Retail Development Manger.
What can you expect to be doing?
You will be responsible for securing the conceptual information flow to the JYSK Countries and to support them via store visits in the Countries.
Therefore, we expect that you have the desire and ability to describe and participate in the development of our store concepts including coordination across multiple departments at the Head office.
In addition, you want to try your pedagogical skills, as you will train and communicate our concepts through training materials and manuals.

We are looking for someone who:
- Work in a JYSK store and have a good knowledge of our basic store concept.
- Has the ability to translate concepts into understandable and useful descriptions in writing that supports our current store concept.
- Is good to work independently, plan, can meet deadlines, have good written and oral formulation skills in English, and have a flair and interest in IT.
