** Honors Students and students in the top 25% of their class at the end of their first year, for full-time students, or at the end of their second year, for part-time students, are exempted from the (B)(2) and (B)(3) requirements, except for Virginia Procedure (see below).
*** Virginia Procedure is required for any student, except Honors Students, to be certified by the Law School to take the Virginia Bar Examination. Students who are required to take a (B)(3) course and who declare they do not plan to take the Virginia Bar Examination may substituteany of the other B(3) courses for Virginia Procedure.
