Note 1: The Care New England Information Services Department strongly recommends that operating systems have all of the latest updates, antivirus software is installed and up to date, and that a full system antivirus scan is performed on a regular basis. Care New England reserves the right to restrict access to devices that do not meet minimum security requirements.

Note 2: Microsoft Windows Vista and Windows 7 users are advised to turn off User Account Control (UAC) before installing the Juniper and Citrix software. UAC may be re-enabled after all installations are complete.

Note 3: SSL VPN is designed to allow access to specific resources inside of the Care New England network from locations outside of the network.
