CALL TO ORDER / The Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Bridgeview was called to order by Mayor Landek at 7:05 p.m., on Wednesday,
February 16, 2011.
PLEDGE / Mayor Landek led the Pledge of Allegiance.

OF FEB.2, 2011 / Roll Call indicated the following Trustees present:
Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson, Struzik and Sutton
Also Present: Clerk Altar, Attorney Cainkar, Police Chief Harvey, Fire Chief Landingham, EMA Director Vilimek, Assistant Director of Community Services Crossman and Human Resource Director Boyme.
Motion by Trustee Higginson and seconded by Trustee Pinion to approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held on February 2, 2011.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 5 – Trustees, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson, Struzik and Sutton
NAYS: 0
ABSTAIN: 1 - Trustee Cecott
There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED

APPROVE TREAS. REPORT OF FEBRUARY 16, 2011 / FINANCE – TRUSTEE MICHAEL PTICEK
Motion by Trustee Pticek and seconded by Trustee Sutton to adopt Ordinance No. 11-09, An Ordinance Providing for the Issuance of Not to Exceed $8,000,000 General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 2011, of the Village of Bridgeview, Cook County, Illinois, and for the Levy of a Direct Annual Tax Sufficient to Pay the Principal and Interest on Said Bonds.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 6 – Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson, Struzik and Sutton
NAYS: 0
There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
Motion by Trustee Pticek and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve the Treasurer’s Report of February 16, 2011.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 6 – Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson, Struzik and Sutton
NAYS: 0
There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED

ORD. 11-08, GRANTING FRNT YD VAR. & SIDE YD SETBACK AT 9200 S. ODELL / BUILDING, ZONING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT – TRUSTEE CLAUDETTE STRUZIK
Motion by Trustee Struzik and seconded by Trustee Sutton to adopt.
Ordinance No. 11-08, An Ordinance Granting a Front Yard Setback Variation and a Side Yard Setback Variation to Allow the Construction of a Garage on the Property Located at 9200 South Odell Avenue, Bridgeview, Illinois.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 6 – Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson, Struzik and Sutton
NAYS: 0
There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
