WORK EXPERIENCE:

International TechnidyneCorp. (September 2006-Present)

I am currently employed by ITC as a manufacturing supervisor on the second shift. We produce cuvettes which are used to monitor the clotting activity of blood in patients on anticoagulant therapy. My duties involve the supervision of twenty-five reports that produce these medical diagnostic devices.

Dimensional Merchandising Inc. (June 1998-September 2006)

I was employed as a production manager in the cosmetics department for this contract packaging company. I was initially hired as a production supervisor for the second shift and after a period of two years was promoted and brought to the first shift. I have had responsibility for lipstick operations, filling lines, assembly lines, lip balm operations, micro lipstick production and various other operations.

Edison Workshop, Inc. (August 1994 – June 1998)

I was employed at the Edison workshop as the Maintenance Manager. I had fifteen individuals either directly or indirectly reporting to me. My function was to direct these individuals to provide a quality, as well as dependable janitorial service. We had one hundred thousand square feet of office space that was to be cleaned on a daily basis. I personally supervised the cleaning and maintenance of approximately sixty-five thousand square feet.

Victory Engineering (January 1991 –June 1994)

I was employed with Victory Engineering, an electronic component manufacturer, as a production supervisor. I supervised the production of electronic parts that went into such military machinery as the M1A1 Tank, the Patriot Missile System and the Apache Helicopter. These and other non-military parts were produced with a high degree of efficiency and quality which successfully raised our on time delivery schedule to nearly 100%.

Glassflex Corporation (September 1988 – January 1991)

I was employed by Glassflex as a second shift supervisor in charge of tube casting and tube buffing departments. In this capacity, I had direct responsibility for eleven employees who manufactured acrylic tubes.

Northfield Cheese Company (September 1986-August 1988)

During my employment with Northfield Cheese Company, I held the position of second shift supervisor in charge of cheese production. I directly supervised twenty plus members of the bargaining unit. I was also involved in scheduling and inventory for a short period of time.
