Interim Coordinator for Online Projects - Research and coordinate compliance with USG and interstate regulations; identify enrollment trends and research marketing data to target recruitment efforts and course offerings; analyze business processes to identify points that reduce flexibility in scheduling and course offering; other projects as assigned by the Dean of Online. (Spring 12; position eliminated due to college-wide budget issues)

Chair of Biology – Discipline committee with oversight over Majors, Non-Majors, A&P, and Microbiology. Managed authorship of sub-discipline bylaws and assessment improvement plans (Spring 10 – Spring 12).

Chair of Academic Affairs Policy Task Team – Originating chair of college-wide committee developing and revising all academic policies. Expanded the position to include management of policy from origination through AAPC and PPAB approval (Fall 09 – Summer 12).

Chair of Clicker Advisory Committee – Originating chair of college-wide committee for selection and implementation of classroom response technology. Created committee and transferred management of clickers from individual units to OIT (Summer 10 – Fall 12).

Chair Biology Transfer Committee – Oversight of non-Major’s biology. Managed creation of missing lab assessments and inclusion of $17,000 of new technology in lab curriculum (Spring 07-Spring 10).

Chair of Science Quality Committee – Originating chair of division committee developing strategic plan for science division quality assessment. Implemented creation of assessment exams in each discipline (Summer 06-07).
