Webinar Description:
The Payers’ Claims Submission & Adjudication Process:
How Does it Impact Your Nursing Home?
We all know the saying “You can’t change others, you can only change yourself” but have you ever considered it from a revenue cycle perspective? Payers have a common claim adjudication process that we can’t alter. To ensure our claims get paid we need to understand how the payers’ process impacts our revenue cycle. Reviewing when, where and how the two processes impact each other allows us the opportunity to change our revenue cycle activities….and that change may just lead to quicker and easier payments.
