Membership Application
Thank you for your interest in serving on the John Brown University Parent Association Council. The Council meets bi-annually, once during Fall Semester in August or September and once during Spring Semester, on Family Weekend in February.
We request Council members commit to attending these meetings for the duration of their term. Ideally, a couple or single parent would serve throughout his/her child’s four years at JBU, though joining the
Council during their student’s sophomore or junior year is possible. Attached to this profile is a copy of our Purpose Statement and the Parent Association Council Guidelines to provide the necessary information for you to prayerfully consider serving.
This is a working council focused on improving communication with parents and providing service to our students. We desire to fill our vacancies with action-oriented volunteers from different regions of the country representing our JBU student body.
