Job Title: Senior Marketing Officer (Services)
Reporting to: Marketing Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To support the Marketing Manager to develop, implement and evaluate effective integrated marketing strategies to promote Leonard Cheshire Disability as a leading disability charity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Account manage the marketing requirements of Leonard Cheshire teams, building productive working relationships and ensuring activities are effective and meet the brand and accessibility guidelines.
· Provide marketing support for the charity's operational support services - including care homes, supported living and support at home services - to attract clients and build relationships with local authorities, the public and other key audiences.
· Visit Leonard Cheshire operational support services around the UK to take photos and shoot video, gather case studies, using resulting material to produce compelling marketing materials.
· Commission quality photography, film and printed materials to support the full range of Leonard Cheshire marketing initiatives.
· Act as a guardian of the brand identity, ensuring materials produced by the marketing team and others are in line with the brand guidelines at all times.

· Manage relationships with external agencies including brand, creative, media, print and advertising.
· Work with the internal digital team to ensure marketing activities include digital opportunities and are in line with our digital strategy.
· Manage internal marketing resources including an online case study / image library and merchandise range.
· Deliver analysis and reporting on marketing initiatives, develop systems for holding all analyses centrally and for ensuring that key findings are communicated internally to support decision-making.
· Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Requirements
· To be educated to degree level.
· Demonstrable experience of working as a Marketing professional
· To have relevant experience in photography or film-making.
· To have experience producing detailed marketing activity plans targeted at different audience groups.
· To have experience of copywriting for different audiences, and of editing and proofreading.
· To have experience using creative software packages, ideally Adobe Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
· To have experience managing relationships with external agencies, including creatives.
· To be able to manage, plan and deliver multiple projects within tight deadlines and to budget.
· To be creative and innovative, with the confidence to challenge existing ideas and develop new proposals.
· To be willing to work flexible hours and be away, potentially two or three nights per week, visiting Leonard Cheshire services across the UK.
· To have a valid UK driving licence.
· To have a genuine commitment to the values and ethos of Leonard Cheshire Disability.
